- Once inside the experience, all the major zones are included in your ticket price. If you would like to play our capsule and claw machines, there is a small additional fee.

Departure Location
- This experience is located at Lower Ground, Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, Lonsdale Street entrance, Melbourne, 3000.
- The nearest street entry is Lonsdale Street, midway between Swanston and Elizabeth Street. Take the escalators or lift to lower ground floor.

- To fully enjoy your MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne experience, we recommend 1 - 1.5 hours.
- We accept cashless payments only. All major cards are accepted.
- MONOPOLY DREAMS is suitable for all ages. Children are very welcome. Children 0-2 are free but require a ticket.

MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne is an accessible venue. Please note for the 4DX cinema experience, wheelchair users are welcome to transfer into a cinema seat or remain in their personal wheelchair at the front of the cinema – speak to staff for details. Wheelchair users will require assistance to participate in the Banking experience – speak to staff for details.

Due to safety requirements, the following guests will not be admitted to the 4DX Cinema: Guests who are pregnant. Guests aged 3 and under. Guests under 106 cm tall. Guests weighing over 120kg. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of serious medical conditions or disabilities. Guests who have had recent surgery; injured bones and/or back or neck injuries; and/or are wearing casts or moon boots. Guests with breathing difficulties, such as allergies or scent sensitivities. Guests prone to motion sickness. Guests with sensory sensitivities. Due to the nature of the experience, no animals are permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered.
- A booking cannot be confirmed without full receipt of payment.
- Tickets that MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. If lost, tickets will not be replaced.
- One ticket purchased entitles one person entry to the attraction on a single occasion. Once Visitors have exited MONOPOLY Dreams Melbourne, they will need to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter.

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
